proof of age validation

Your child's registration may not be final if proof of age is required.

PROOF OF AGE verification is MANDATORY if: 

1. Your child is a first time enrollee with Toluca Baseball.
2. If requested by the League Registrar. 

Acceptable forms of Proof of Age are a state issued birth certificate, or a valid passport. Other forms of documentation will not be accepted. 

**For security reasons, we do not keep proof of age documents on file.

Documents can be submitted by scanning (or snapping a photo using your phone) and emailing our League Registrar by clicking here.
