Annual Shetland All Star Tournament
Saturday, May 31st
It is an annual tradition in the Shetland Division of Toluca Baseball to hold a day long “All Star” Tournament. Every registered Shetland player plays in this annual event. This years tournament takes place this coming Saturday, May 31st on the Shetland field in South Weddington Park. Each player is to wear their official, spring season uniform. Players are placed on teams based upon their age. Here is the schedule and rosters for this year’s tournament: Please arrive 1/2 hour before your scheduled game time.
The day is a lot of fun for the players and parents alike. There is an announcer for each game and food will be available for purchase throughout the day. Bring a chair and a blanket and spend the day at the park.
If for some reason you cannot attend the tournament, please let Shetland Commissioner Will Knox know at your first opportunity.
